Payment Procedures and Policies

• Payment for fines will be accepted in the form of a Money Order, Cashier's Check, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover) or Cash.
• Online payment options, visit BoulderCityTix.com.
• Do not send cash through the mail.
• No out-of-state checks will be accepted.
• Cashier's Checks, money orders or in-state checks are to be made payable to Boulder City Municipal Court. Any returned checks will be charged $37.00.
• When you make a payment, make sure you keep your receipt as proof of payment.
• If bail is being posted, you may post bail with cash or a credit card (VISA, MasterCard or Discover). No checks will be accepted for the posting of bail.

Required Fees

The following fees are added onto all fines imposed by Boulder City Municipal Court:

• Administrative assessment, required by the Nevada State Legislature
• Court facility fee, permitted by the Nevada State Legislature and authorized by Ordinance No. 975
• Specialty Court Fee, required by the Nevada State Legislature
• Collection Fee, required by the Nevada State Legislature
• Genetic Marker Fee, required by the Nevada State Legislature
