How loud is too loud if I play music in my vehicle?
The sound is considered too loud if it can be heard more than 75 feet from the vehicle.

No, in Nevada, one mile over the speed limit is speeding.

Why are there two police vehicles on every stop?
It might seem that there are two police vehicles on every traffic stop but that is not the case. Most of the time when you see two police vehicles on a traffic stop someone in the vehicle has a warrant, the driver is intoxicated, or the officer saw something and wants to investigate further. The second vehicle is there for officer safety.

Is it true when an emergency vehicle is on the side of the road with its emergency lights on, I have to slow down or moved over a lane?
Yes. Nevada along with 47 other states have the same law.

Can I back into a diagonal parking spot?
No. You must front into the parking space.

If there are no vehicles coming in any direction, do I have to come to a complete stop at a Stop Sign?
Yes. Though it may seem as though there are no cars approaching or pedestrians crossing, a slight error in judgement and an accident can happen very quickly.
