North Wind 2020 Survey

The City hired North Wind Resource Consulting, LLC to update the 1983 Janus Associates Inc. survey of the properties in the Boulder City Historic District.  Below are links to North Wind's 2020 survey report and individual property surveys "ARA Forms" listed alphabetically by street. The ARA Forms identify which properties are contributing to the historic district and which do not.  Please review Appendix A for a summary list of all properties and their contributing status in the historic district.
